Welcome to Riverside Retreat! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This quaint 3 bed, 2 bath home was fully remodeled in December 2023. You`ll enjoy stunning country views overlooking the Wabash while being just minutes from Purdue`s campus, Happy Hollow Park, and Downtown Lafayette! Directly across from the Wabash River. Just a few minutes from Happy Hollow Park, Campus, and Downtown Lafayette. Room for 3-4 vehicles on level ground and a few on single lane drive with steep incline - no garage access or parking in the grass.
-Check-in: After 4:00 PM
-Check-out: By 10:00 AM
-Self check-in is available via smart lock.
-No parties or events permitted.
-Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. No exceptions.
-Exterior security cameras are installed at all entrances for property monitoring and guest safety.
-Please flush only toilet paper. Flushing wipes (including “flushable” wipes), feminine products, paper towels, or any other materials is strictly prohibited.
-No smoking or vaping inside the home. No exceptions.
-The fireplace is not available for guest use.
-Parking is available for 3–4 vehicles on level ground. Additional parking is available on the driveway, which has a steep incline.
-Please do not park on the grass.
-Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book the property.

This is a beautiful property. Everything has been updated and is very beautiful. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the property was VERY clean. Melissa was great to work with. We were very pleased with our stay and would rent again. The only issue we had was that the doors upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom stuck and were unable to be closed. I communicated this with the owner and she said she would fix the issue asap so I doubt it will be an issue moving forward. I would highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay during our visit to WL! The property is beautiful, incredibly clean, and with a great view of the river. The rooms are all great - very comfortable beds too! The living spaces are perfect for groups or family gatherings and the deck is an added bonus. A huge plus was it’s in an outstanding location - minutes away from Purdue, restaurants, night life and downtown. Communication with the host was excellent - very responsive and accommodating!We all agreed we’d stay here again on our next trip - it would be especially good for Boiler games!
