Details to Note:
• Pet friendly: We’re happy to welcome dogs! Please note that we’re unable to accommodate cats or other pets at this time. • Our property is located in a rural area. While we perform regular maintenance and preventative pest control sprays, you may still encounter outdoor wildlife, bugs, and animals. We embrace the country lifestyle, and we hope you enjoy the peaceful surroundings!

• Guests have private access to Heritage House and its designated outdoor amenities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, playground and surrounding yard.

• The horse run, pasture areas and portions of the property beyond the designated guest spaces are not accessible to guests. A private gravel road continues beyond the guest area to other portions of the 76-acre property and is not included in the rental.

• The property also includes a separate guest house that shares the private entrance road. The homes are well spaced and positioned for privacy, with separate outdoor spaces and amenities.

Authentic farmhouse experience beautifully appointed. We enjoyed the amenities including the playground with our 20 month old grandson. The yard and the porch were perfect for our westie. Highly recommend! Stunning views! Sunrise & sunsets

Hi, I’m Vivian! I’ve called the DMV home since I was 12 and visited Shenandoah National Park for years, so creating something here has been meaningful.

After a decade in consulting, I made the leap into real estate to pursue my love of hospitality and travel. Inspired by great design, food, and stays around the world, I created Horizon Shenandoah—a growing collection of thoughtful, nature-inspired stays, each with its own character. I’m excited to keep creating places worth returning to.
