The house layout was great for a large family and in a good location. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the included bikes and golf carts. We would stay here again.
The house is convenient to the beach, lake and restaurants/shops. The pool worked great for the adults while the toddler took naps! Beautifully decorated.

Wonderful home with everything you need! Stayed for a few days without dogs and the fenced in yard is such a great amenity! Beach is a short 5 minute bike ride and easy access to 30A makes this location perfect! Hope to return soon.

Central location, easy to get to beach, lake, in the middle of 30a. House had everything we needed. Nice that golf cart, kayak, and bikes were included. Easy walking distance to seafood market, coffee, etc. Quiet residential street. Agent quick to respond to any concerns we had.

Thank you Kathy. We'd love to host you again at Sea Change @ Eastern Lake!
This beautiful property welcomed a family of 4 + 2 friends, + 2 pups, 1 lg. SUV & 1 mid size SUV. This house was a perfect place to celebrate a college graduation & birthday. Great location to beach access, shopping & restaurants. It was overcast with off & on showers so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach so the swimming pool and spa were a nice substitute. Well equipped kitchen, great open concept for family cooking, games & creating memories. We will book this house again.

We couldn't be happier about your stay! I know it was a special trip and so glad you enjoyed it. We hope to have you back to create more memories!
The house was amazing! So many amenities! We absolutely love the beach but we also love having a home with a pool. The golf cart and bikes were an added bonus! The jacuzzi in the master bathroom was so relaxing. Also, loved the outdoor speakers! First place we’ve ever stayed that beach towels were provided. Andrea, the property manager, was so sweet and was always quick to respond with any questions we had! Will definitely be going back!
Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay at your property. The house was very clean and nice. They left organic shampoo and body wash to used in travel size bottles. We used the golf cart provided to ride to the beach. My kids keep talking about the trip. Thank you.

Perfect location- This home is perfect for families and small dogs. Fenced in backyard with new pool/hot tub. 5 min golf cart ride to the beach on subdivision road. Property manager was the best, very responsive and a pleasure to converse with. She handled every detail. Check in was seamless. Home is very well done with everything you need for the beach (golf cart, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys). My family we stay here many more times.

Thank you for the kind comments! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to have you back at Sea Change @ Eastern Lake!
My husband, I and two of our children recently stayed in this wonderful property The home was beautifully decorated but comfortable and livable. It was a great location for us and the kids friends ( we went spring break). It was located between seaside and Rosemary area. It was easy to get to each but away from crowds. It was walkable to beach but the golf cart and bikes made it even easier. No need to bring chairs, towels or beach toys- This is great to know when packing and car space valuable, as with us. Lastly, if you bring your fur baby, the fenced in backyard is wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Thank you Paige for the glowing review! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again at Sea Change at Eastern Lake!
The home is just as pictured in the listing. Very nice property and good location close to restaurants and activities. We brought our small dog with us so the fenced back yard was a bonus. We only encountered two issues that need to be addressed. 1. The golf cart is not street legal and is to be used only in the neighborhood. We took it to the beach daily and one of the days received a citation for no tag. 2. The only blinds in the master bedroom are light filtering. If you are a very early riser, this will not be a problem for you. We would have preferred to have a darker room until at least 7 am. Other than that, it's a well maintained and comfortable home.
