Unwind in Bristol, NH at our newly renovated, modern family cabin—perfect for a small group, young couples, or a family looking to slow down and enjoy lake life.

Sleeping Arrangements:
-Loft (Sleeps 5): Semi-private loft with a partial dividing wall featuring 2 Queen floor mattresses (one on each side) plus 1 Twin floor mattress.
-Downstairs: 1 Twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) plus 2 convertible futon sofas for extra flexible seating or sleeping.
-All fresh bedding, pillows & towels are provided.

Our cabin has one full bathroom and an additional outdoor hot water shower—perfect after lake days and adventures!

No A/C yet (coming next season!). Surplus of windows provide light and cool lake breezes.

Amenities & Highlights
Outdoor & Deck Living: Relax on the large deck with cushioned seating or cook meals together on the Blackstone cooktop.

Fun Interior: Features a cargo net hangout space suspended above the main floor, plus a large table perfect for board games, puzzles, or working remotely with great internet.

Lake & Beach Access: Private access to Newfound Lake is just 75 yards away. Walk 1/4 mile to sandy Bristol Beach. We provide 8 river tubes and an air compressor for easy setup.

A Note on Layout: This cozy cabin features a single open-concept living space with an open sleeping loft above. Rather than traditional private bedrooms, the layout embraces classic, communal cabin living—simple, cozy, and built for gathering together. (Please note: Stair and loft access may be challenging for babies, toddlers, or elderly guests).

Our Story
Our family has been vacationing on Newfound Lake for over 50 years, and we are thrilled to open our doors to guests for our very first season. Photos show our family completely rebuilding this cabin from the ground up—we look forward to continuously adding features to make every stay special!

We had an amazing stay! Michelle was a great host and made sure we had everything needed for our stay. The 5min walking distance to the local beach and ice cream are very convenient and our kids had a great time staying in the loft upstairs.

Our family loved the proximity to the lake and easy access to everything Bristol has to offer. Even the other hikes and attractions north of the lake weren't far.The cabin was quaint and charming. While it can sleep 5 adults comfortably or 2-3 adults and 4-6 kids, the setup is better for younger kids. Only one bathroom but it was clean, and the water came out warm faster than almost anywhere we've stayed outside our home.A few small "glitches" but nothing big, especially for new hosts. They were very responsive and nice. A great place to stay for a young family eager for some fun on the lake!

Nice, newly-built space, however, read the small print well, cause I missed it! It’s not accessible for everyone. I didn’t know the picture of the house facing the lake was the front entrance. Difficult if you have balance issues and use a cane at times. The only real “bed” is a bunk bed — all others are mattresses on the floor. Great for the “younger crowd” who may not have trouble getting up from the floor.I saw this disclaimer after arriving there. Despite these problems, we enjoyed the space.
