Cozy 3-room vacation apartment in Koblenz-Metternich

This recently fully renovated 3-room holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area on a cul-de-sac in Koblenz-Metternich. The apartment is just a few steps away from the University of Koblenz. The Moselle River is also a 2-minute walk away. There is also a beautiful bike path along the river.

Our 64-square-meter apartment, which accommodates one to seven people, is located on the top floor of the building (2nd floor). It features a bright kitchen-dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. All rooms are bathed in natural light.

You have the entire apartment to yourself.

The holiday rental is located on a residential street, and you can park your car there for free; however, the public car park at the University of Koblenz is just a 5-minute walk away. There is a public transit stop right on site, with buses running both during the week and on weekends. Bicycles can be parked on the bike rack in front of the building.

The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an air fryer, and a Senseo coffee maker. Of course, we also provide coffee pods for our guests. Naturally, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

We provide fresh bed linens and towels. There’s also a welcome kit for the bathroom with shampoo and shower gel.

We also offer cleaning services during your stay for an additional fee.
