Apartment 'Villa Alvarium Eins' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
First floor with kitchen, living room, toilet with sink, shower with sink, sleeping area separated, terrace ca.25 m². Two fronts to the south and west fully glazed with beautiful views of the countryside. On the upper floor is the second bedroom with shower-WC and a large front roof terrace of approx.50 m² with Jacuzzi and beautiful panoramic views. The living area is constantly supplied with fresh air, so that the best air quality is given. The guest card for public transport is included in the accommodation price (from mid-October to the end of June).
