The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Discard of all leftover food and trash; empty all trash- including kitchen and bathrooms.
Load and start the dishwasher.
Gather used towels and place in the bathtub and/or master shower. Make sure to turn off all lights, set thermostat to 70 degrees, and lock the back door and lock front door keypad when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
2 dogs max; No cats; Crate pets when unattended; No pets on beds or furniture; Pick up waste; Damage fees may apply- this includes odor/urine stains.
Check out instructions: empty all trash cans; leave all used towels in the bath tub or shower; load dishwater with dirty dishes and start; lock doors.
