Amazing place

we loved this house and its fantastic views

we spent 4 weeks here over January and February, the weather was very good, just cold at night. The house was such a nice place to stay, new furniture and giant tv in the sitting room, every piece of equipment you could need in the kitchen.We would sit in different areas around the house to get the sun, lovely! Jochen was there for 2 days in his apartment upstairs at the beginning and he was so friendly and welcoming, his english is excellent thank goodness.The views were so lovely and varied,very relaxing.Denia is a great place to visit as it is still lively in the winter, the marina is very smart, and the best walk is 'Les Rotes' a walk that goes from the marina along the sea front. The best restaurant we visited was La cova Talla in Calle Loretta, an absolute bargain price and excellent food. The flea market on Fridays is great, some fantastic bargains, lots of new things that were so cheap. Moraira was a lovely place to visit, but Denia has it all! The only reason we gave the house 4 stars is that it is quite cold inside in the winter but if you come prepared for that and keep an eye on your consumption costs you should love it.

Herzlichen Dank für die gute Bewertung. Es ist für uns wichtig, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat. Jane B. hat nun wirklich sehr kalte und ungemütliche Wettertage in Denia erlebt. Da war das Heizen angesagt. In der Pauschalmiete von 500 € für 4 Wochen waren die Heizungskosten (wie vereinbart) nun nicht eingeschlossen. Da ist es klar, dass höhere Nebenkosten anfallen.

This is a lovely property and the owners and manager were very responsive and communicative. The views from the terrace were wonderful and I spent most of my time there reading, and stitching and we had our meals there. The lounge and kitchen were comfortable and well equipped. We didn’t give it 5 stars for a couple of reasons. The property is actually 3 distinct units in one building. One is reserved for the owner, and one for extra requirements for larger families. The manager ensured us there is never occupancy of more than one unit unless it’s all the same group. But it was still not clear in the listing and caused me some concern until I got there. I really think that should be spelled out better. As a result access to the pool was in a slightly roundabout fashion. But it’s still a lovely property and we enjoyed our stay very much. The other thing is that the owners property info once you arrive was somewhat limited and only available by QR code. Since we didn’t know that at first we didn’t read it right away. It said the water from the taps was “unsuitable” to drink. Well, by that time we had already done so! I would really have preferred a paper guide to the property available to read — even tho Max did a nice job introducing us to the property. There were still details it would have been nice to be able to read in our own. After lots of research, we did drink the water in the end. So I think it’s more of a personal preference than a health issue.

Hemos estado de maravilla, la casa esta super bien, tiene de todo y las estancias que tiene son una gozada , no hemos pasado nada de calor gracias al aire que corre de las montañas..y tambien al estar bien equipada con aire en todas las habitaciones no hemos pasado calor en ningun momento...la piscina...las vistas ...el atardecer...mientras cenas o te tomas una copa de vino...una autentica maravilla, unas vacaciones de ensueño...volveremos ..sin duda alguna.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung und bietet viele unterschiedliche Sitzbereiche im Freien, sodass man nach Bedarf seinen Lieblingsplatz in der Sonne oder im Schatten findet. Da wir schon einige Häuser in Denia gemietet haben, können wir mit Bestimmtheit sagen, dass dieses Haus außergewöhnlich sauber war. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch sind Garten und Pool sehr gepflegt. Die Formalitäten für die Anmietung konnten dank des netten Kontakts mit den Vermietern schnell und unproblematisch erledigt werden. Auch die Übergabe des Hauses durch einen Nachbarn war sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und kompetent. Hierfür noch einmal vielen Dank!

Nous avons passez une semaine inoubliable à denia, une ville vraiment magnifique avec la mer, la montagne, la vegetation... c'est un petit coin de paradis sur terre. La maison était parfaite avec tout se qu'il fallait. Très propre 👍 Avec une belle vue sur mer. Merci beaucoup à Mr. Hermann pour sa grande gentillesse et sont accueil fantastique. Nous reviendron certainement, un jour.

Fantastic views from super cozy house with awesome snuggle corners outside

This must be one of the best vacation houses in Denia! The view is fabulous - just like the photos. The house itself is very charming and snuggly cozy. We stayed here in November, and even with the seasonal chilliness it was awesome. I can only imagine what the pool will be like in the summer. I will definitely come back and check!! To top it off, the entire property is paved and has at least 3 cozy corners with outdoor tables and chairs. It´s impossible not to relax and enjoy Spanish life at its fullest here! The kitchen is very well equipped too, so you can easily cook your own dinners (although Denia has a lot to offer) - and enjoy them outdoors while enjoying the panorama view of Denia. The house has the benefit of a covered outdoor area with dining table, chairs and the panoramic view, which we enjoyed every day (sometimes wrapped up in blankets, nicely and thoughtfully supplied by the owner!). I imagine this area will be nice and cool in summertime. The owner is super helpful and has his neighbour taking care of everything, including check-in and -out. This makes everything very easy and efficient. I can highly recommend this house - and Denia itself. So, so, so much to do and see... oh and eat!! November was great for being active, so we did not spend much time in the house. We need to come back and make up for this by sitting back, splashing in the pool and just being there, enjoying this splendid location.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub Anfang Oktober

Ein Haus, wie gemacht für mindestens zwei Parteien, die zwischendurch auch ihre eigene Gemeinsamkeit genießen möchten. Möglichkeiten gemeinsames anzugehen gibt es genügend, vom Frühstück auf der Terrasse, dem "Faulenzen" am Pool oder der Ruhezeit, wenn die Sonne untergeht und die Lichter von Denia erstrahlen- Ein Ort an dem es mir und den Miturlaubern so gut ging, dass wir schon für 2018 gebucht haben.

Ein schöner Urlaub bei traumhaftem Wetter im Oktober

Wir waren Mitte Oktober da und hatten den oberen Teil des Hauses plus ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gemietet. Das war für uns sehr praktisch; das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man gerne gemeinsam Urlaub machen möchte und trotzdem etwas Privatsphäre möchte. Mitte Oktober ist das Meer noch angenehm warm und auch die Lufttemperaturen waren noch sommerlich, die Sonne schien jeden Tag. Nur der Pool war dann doch relativ kalt, so dass wir in Zukunft die Poolheizung mitmieten würden. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, seien es das Sand- oder Poolspielzeug, die diversen Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten, der Außengrill oder die umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche (mit Inklusionsherd), es war alles da. Der Blick über die Bucht ist traumhaft, und der ganze Außenbereich ist liebevoll zurecht gemacht. Wir waren nur ein wenig unglücklich mit den Betten; Matratzen und Bettdecken bzw. Laken (im Herbst/Winter braucht man eigentlich doch etwas dickere Decken) sind ziemlich unbequem, so dass wir nicht immer so gut geschlafen haben; und wir hätten uns auch über ein Kinderbett gefreut - aber das ist natürlich nicht zu erwarten. Alles andere war absolut traumhaft; wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke auch an den sehr netten Hausverwalter, der in direkter Nachbarschaft wohnt und bei Problemen (die wir nicht hatten) immer ansprechbar ist!

Schön, dass es Ihnen insgesamt gut gefallen. Ihre Erfahrungen mit den Betten bedauere ich sehr. Leider erfahren wir jetzt erst nach dem Aufenthalt etwas davon. Gleich zum Urlaubsbeginn hätten wir die Probleme durch Austausch und Ergänzung sehr gut ändern können.

Familienurlaub in Denia

Unser Urlaub in der Villa war wirklich sehr schön. Alles war wie Beschrieben. Auch die Lage der Villa mit der Traumhaften Aussicht ist hervorragend. Wir waren zu viert und hatten mehr als genug platz. Das Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind leicht und schnell zu erreichen. Vom sehr freundlichen Hausverwalter haben wir tolle Infos für Ausflüge in die Umgebung erhalten und auch genützt. Alles in allen ist der Aufenthalt dort sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Tolle Aussichten, gepflegtes Anwesen. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Hervorragende Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung in direkter Nachbarschaft. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und bedauert abreisen zu müssen. Wenn es klappt, kommen wir sicher wieder an die Costa Blanca zu Herrn Welt.
