Modern, comfortable villa "Amina". In the hamlet Ponte 2 km from the centre of Cannero Riviera, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the lake. Private: garden with lawn and trees. In the house: roof terrace. Public parking 50 m. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Cannero" 550 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 21.3 km. Nearby attractions: Verbania Intra 12 km, Wonderwood 11 km. Hiking paths: Alpe Ronno 4.5 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room villa 95 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with panoramic window with TV. Exit to the patio. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine) with dining table, open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom, without wardrobe with bath/bidet/WC. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Floor heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Tolles Haus am Langensee

Tradition und Moderne treffen sich in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Vor allem die Lage, die Einrichtung und die Dachterrasse machen einen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und machen Lust auf einen erneuten Urlaub.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Architektonisch sehr gelungene Kombination aus Alt und Neu. Wunderbare Aussicht auf den See, vor allem von der Dachterrasse aus!

Design vor Funktionalität

Das Haus stellt eine gelungene architektonische Kombination von alt und neu dar.  Leider leidet vor lauter Design manch Praktisches, das den Aufenthalt erleichtern würde.  So findet sich im gesamten Haus keine Möglichkeit, Bekleidung und Wäsche funktionell unterzubringen, da weder ein entsprechender Schrank noch Kleiderbügel vorhanden sind. In der Bewerbung des Hauses sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass aufgrund der vielen Treppen das Haus für Senioren bedingt geeignet ist.

Wunderschöne Kombination aus Neu und Alt

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Es war trotz des Wetters sehr schön. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist hat viel Charme, eine tolle Einrichtung und man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Der Blick auf den Lago Maggiore ist toll.

Prachtige villa

Prachtige villa. Heel mooi gelegen. Geweldig dakterras. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Nadelen waren de splinters in de houten terrassen.... Geen verduisterende gordijnen. Een zeer slechte kwaliteit trapje naar de woning toe waarover je alles moet uitladen.

Die Unterkunft ist architektonisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet und bietet einen phantastischen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, insb. Küche und Bäder sind in sehr guten Zustand. Jederzeit sehr zum empfehlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus verbracht. Zum Haus führt ein - wie überall in der Gegend - steiler, sehr schmaler und kurvenreicher Weg den Hang hinauf. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig, offen und hell. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Noch beeindruckender ist der Blick von der Dachterrasse. Für Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern sind die vielen Stufen und Treppen vielleicht nicht ganz so günstig. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.
