The house is well equipped and offers you the best conditions to relax from your hectic everyday life with a wood-burning stove, sauna and whirlpool tub. Enjoy the pleasant interior and bright atmosphere and barbecue in the evening on your private terrace with a beautiful view of the water.



Explore the neighborhood and take advantage of free access to the water park at Marina Fiskenæs. It is located in a beautiful setting near the city, forest and beach, and in the immediate vicinity are large common green areas with playground, petanque, beach volleyball court and much more.



The house is located in Gråsten, not far from the castle, and is a central starting point for many experiences in a beautiful, historic area. It is also not far to Aabenraa, Sønderborg or Flensburg, both of which offer exciting urban impressions and good shopping.



The nature is magnificent and offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling throughout the year. For anglers, the Flensburg Fjord is an ideal fishing water, which has a fishing cleaning place at the marina.

Haus entsprach nicht den Werbefotos im Inserat

Leider war das Haus schon sehr abgewohnt, mit dreckigen und fleckigen Teppichen/ Vorhängen und alten oder kaputten Inventar (Kühlschrankgriff kaputt, Nachttische teilweise kaputt, fehlende Fliesen im Eingangsbereich, Vorhänge und Rollos kaputt). Alle Ecken waren nicht geputzt.
