1 room penthouse with big roof terrace and unique lake and mountain view

Our newly renovated apartment offers space for 1-2 people, on request also for 2 adults with child.



The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a well-kept apartment building. It has a 25 square meter roof terrace with south-west orientation. The panoramic windows round off the feel-good atmosphere.



In the living area there is an approx. 8 sqm platform. From here you can even enjoy the lake and mountain views from the sofa. The double bed with 2 high-quality new mattresses is integrated into the platform and can be pulled out. If required, the sofa with sleeping function can be used for a third person. The extraordinary living ambience conveys pure joie de vivre.



The highlight is and remains the roof terrace, which invites you to chill out with 2 large sun loungers and makes any stay even more pleasant.



You can easily reach the apartment via a passenger elevator up to the 8th floor. From there you have to walk one more floor up the stairs.



A parking space is available outside.

Super Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Eine liebevoll eingerichtete lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht erwartete uns und dann der Ausblick von der großen Terasse....zum Bodensee, den Bergen und der ganzen Umgebung mit Weinbergen und Obstplantagen. Ankommen und wohlfĂŒhlen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin fĂŒr den tollen Urlaub.

Ankommen und wohlfĂŒhlen

Pros: Alles war super toll...sehr liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin und ihre liebe Mama gleich nebenan...das Appartement ist sehr sauber und so liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Im Chilli-Home kommt man an und fĂŒhlt sich gleich wie zuhause mit dem wunderschönem Weitblick von der Terrasse und auch schon von der Wohnung aus...man schaltet sofort um in den Urlaubsmodus und mag gar nicht mehr gehen. Vielen lieben Dank, dass ich Gast sein durfte im himmlischen Chilli-Home....freue mich schon auf nĂ€chstes Jahr! Cons: Mir hats an nichts gefehlt.

Hier wĂŒrde ich gern wohnen!

Pros: Es war von Anfang an wirklich entspannt, alles wie beschrieben, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick auf den Bodensee und die Alpen ist Traumhaft. Die Dachterrasse lÀdt abends zum Relaxen ein. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ideal und macht auch bei Regen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Betreuung ist das rundum Sorglos Paket und macht alles sehr einfach. Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen!

Pros: Ein wunderschönes Apartment zentral gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und modern, der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den Bodensee, ist perfekt. Ich wurde freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und erhielt sĂ€mtliche Informationen, die man so braucht. Ich bin sicher, das wird nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Ambiente sein. Pros: Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Frau Gaus vom CHILLI HOME war im Vorfeld sowie bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe sehr herzlich. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Fotos und Beschreibungen im online Portal. Mit allem eingerichtet - es fehlt einem an nichts - ĂŒberzeugt sie natĂŒrlich mit ihrem wahnsinns Panoramablick und der großzĂŒgigen Dachterrasse - rundum eine WohlfĂŒhloase, in die man gerne nach ausgiebigen Touren zurĂŒckkehrt. Meine Erinnerung an den Bodenseeurlaub, wird immer mit dem CHILLI HOME verbunden sein.
