This high-quality, modern, and tastefully furnished Frisian house for 6 people, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located in a quiet area in NORDEN/Norddeich on Westgasterweg and is approximately 3.5 km from the North Sea.

On the ground floor (tiled, with partial heat recovery) features a large living-dining area with a flat-screen TV, DVD/CD/USB player, and a beautiful wood-burning stove, as well as a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and much more.

A bedroom with a double bed and a closet (completely new in 2025) and a bathroom with a shower are located on the ground floor.

The upper floor (laminate flooring) features two additional bedrooms (one with a double bed [new in 2025] and one with two single beds), each with a closet, and a second shower room.

A washing machine and dryer are available.

A furnished patio is perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The garden is completely fenced in (fence height approx. 50 cm).

A cot and high chair are available free of charge.

This property is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-in day.
