Private: well-kept garden 2'000 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 240 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.) with alarm system. Table tennis, boules, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Cannes" 25 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Saint Cassien 10 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner lives on the same property.
