This is a great fit for couples, small families, beach weekends, Bike Week, Speedway events, and guests who want an easy Daytona Beach stay with location, amenities, and value.

The building is older and the exterior shows some age, but the condo interior presents better than the outside and offers a clean, comfortable space for a practical beach getaway.

The condo sleeps up to 4 guests. The bedroom includes a king bed, and the living area has a full-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. There are 2 bathrooms, dining seating for 4, a compact kitchenette, and a ground-level porch.

The kitchenette is best for light use and includes a small refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and toaster oven. It works well for coffee, snacks, leftovers, and simple meals.

The building is beachfront, with the beach about 250 ft away. One of the condo pools is beachfront, so guests can enjoy the pool area with beach views. The unit itself is not direct oceanfront, but you may catch a small peek of the ocean from the ground-level porch.

The condo is located along S Atlantic Ave in Daytona Beach, close to the beach, restaurants, casual dining, beach bars, coffee, ice cream, shops, and classic Daytona attractions. It also works well for Bike Week, Speedway events, Ocean Center events, beach weekends, and summer vacations.

• The condo is in a beachfront building, but the unit itself is not direct oceanfront.
• There is no private balcony, but there is a ground-level porch.
• The kitchenette is compact and intended for light use.
• No pets are allowed.
• No trailer parking is available.
• One parking space is available.
• Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and bikes are not provided.
• Outdoor dining and charcoal grilling are available only in the shared condo pool area.
• The gym, laundry center, pools, hot tub, and grill area are shared building amenities.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not allowed at this property

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

• Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras may be present in common exterior areas for safety and security purposes. Cameras do not monitor interior spaces or private guest areas.

🛌 Guests & Quiet Hours

• Maximum Guests: 4 people
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours out of respect for our neighbors. Loud noise is not permitted at any time.

🚘 Parking

• Max 1 vehicle per unit
• You must register all vehicles and drivers UPON arrival. You will go to the Building Managers Office and request a parking pass.
• Trailers, boats, RVs, are not allowed.


🚭 No Smoking / No Pets

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property (inside or outside).
• No pets allowed in this unit.
• Smoking violations will incur a $250 cleaning fee for deep-cleaning, odor removal, and restoration.

• Please place all trash and recycling in designated community dumpsters as shown in your welcome info map. You can also find a property Map in the Building Entrance.
