This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry area, and garage. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal — appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and a starter supply of salt, pepper, and olive oil. Reach out if you`d like the full list.

We provide a welcome kit of everyday essentials to get you started — toiletries, paper goods, laundry supplies, coffee, tea, and a gift basket. Body, pool, hand, and washcloths are also provided. Please note that once supplies run out, additional items are the guest`s responsibility.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Additionally, Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.

2. Pool heating is an extra $50/day. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. If you’d like the pool heated, we require 24 hours` advance notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.


3. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

6. No more than 3 vehicles allowed.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.

9. An additional cleaning fee of $130 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.

10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 8–12 and April 15–19, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 22–26, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
