Ferienwohnung 5 Villa Eden - A.3, Apartment 5 / 2-raum-fewo mit Balkon

Just a few hundred metres from the beach promenade and the gorgeous, fine-sand beach, this quietly located apartment is situated in one of Binz’s most exclusive areas. Here, you can go for a walk whenever you like, cool off in the ocean, or simply relax and unwind.

The spa gardens with the Haus des Gastes, the Binz pier, and the town centre with its wide variety of shopping options and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Free Wi-Fi and a free parking space are available to you. Bicycle storage is also provided.
Towels and bed linens are not included in the rental price but can be booked in advance:

You can use the washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement for a fee.

The rental agreement is concluded exclusively between the guest and the owner of the rented apartment.



A.3, Apartment 5 / 2-room holiday apartment with balcony:

Our 2-room Apartment 5 offers 50 square metres of space for up to 4 people. A fully equipped kitchenette is integrated into the living/dining area.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax. The sofa bed can be easily converted into a cosy sleeping area for 2 additional guests.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 m double bed and a closet.
You can access the balcony from the bedroom.
Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious dining area or on your balcony.

Of course, the holiday rental also includes a bathroom with a shower.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Für uns war es traumhaft. Nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Auch der Park mit Spielplatz ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist super. Gemütlich eingerichtet und völlig ausreichend. Das Schlafsofa war top.Auch die Küche hat alles zu bieten was man so braucht. Zum Kochen, Kaffeekochen sollte man aber alles dabei haben oder einkaufen gehen.Gewürze, Filtertüten z.B. gibt es nicht!Ist aber o.k.Die Lage ist super um viele Ausflüge,Wanderungen, Attraktionen machen zu können.Es war sehr schön.
