Binzprinz is conveniently located in the city center of Binz, directly opposite the Kurhaus, about 200 meters from the promenade and the Baltic Sea beach and 300 meters from the large beach bridge. Edeka and the main street with shops are all just around the corner on foot.

Luxury?

Die Bilder im Internet sind sehr beschönigend. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle, der Wasserkocher funktioniert nicht. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer ist verschmutzt und alt. Die Couch ist äußerst ungemütlich. Da ist nichts von " Luxury " zu spüren.Wir waren schon öfters auf Rügen und auch in Binz aber diese Unterkunft wird es auf keinen Fall nochmals werden

Sehr gute Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Im Schlafzimmer fehlte mir eine Kommode mit Schubfächern für Unterwäsche, Socken und andere Kleinigkeiten. In der Küche wäre eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, sowie eine 2. Pfanne schön gewesen.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Appartement

Wir waren 10 Tage dort. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles im Ort ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Daher ist es öfter aber mal sehr laut nachts. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub

Die Insel Rügen und besonders Binz hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit noch einmal wiederkommen. Sehr gerne auch in ihre schöne Ferienwohnung, die von ihrer Lage optimal ist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung, kurze Wege zum Strand, zur Promenade und zum einkaufen. Highlight ist der eigene Strandkorb. Da sie im Zentrum ist, kann es manchmal etwas laut von der Straße her sein.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben alles genauso vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und designorientiert ausgestattet - von den Möbeln bis zum Geschirr. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Wir haben aber sehr oft in den vielen schönen Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe gegessen. Die Lage ist perfekt, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Strandkorb, der ja erfreulicherweise zur Wohnung gehört. Der Empfang und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr gut organisiert und freundlich. Durch die ausführliche Erklärung im Vorfeld war alles sehr einfach und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir die Wohnung nutzen durften - wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und die Wohnung unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung für zwei Personen in Binz

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, geeignet für den Ferienaufenthalt von zwei Personen. Sie liegt sehr zentral zur Ortsmitte, aber auch sehr nah zum Strand. Noch zweckmäßiger wäre es, wenn im Schlafzimmer, wo dafür genug Platz ist, ein kleiner Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten mit dem Notebook vorhanden wäre, dann bräuchte man nicht immer den kleinen Tisch zum Essen abräumen. Die Abluftanlage im Bad könnte leistungsfähiger sein, es dauert sehr lange, bis der Geruch nach Toilettenbenutzung wieder weg ist.

Super schönes Design-Apartment für einen Standurlaub in Binz

Schöne moderne Design-Wohnung für zwei Personen mit schöner Ausstattung, toller Dusche, einem großem Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist sonnig und warm. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und da war die Schlüsselübergabe und auch das nahe gelegende Parkhaus kein Problem. Gekocht haben wir nicht, da es viele tolle Restaurants direkt in der Nähe gibt, aber die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Super war der dazugehörige Strandkorb, den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Die Wohnung hat auch einen schönen Balkon, auf dem es morgens Sonne hat. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal im Binzprinz und sagen Danke!!!

Zentrale Lage

Wir haben die Woche auf Rügen sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung war ein guter Rückzugsort und idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Man sollte wissen, dass die Ferienwohnung sehr zentral im Zentrum von Binz liegt, was auch bedeutet, dass es recht laut ist, da auch in der Seitenstraße lebhafter Verkehr herrscht.

Eine sehr schöne Woche in Binz

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Liegt mitten im Geschehen. Restaurants, Einkäufe, Strand, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war die Schlüsselübergabe. Mindestens 25 Gäste zur gleichen Zeit bei der Agentur und keine Parkplätze. Ein Hinweis auf den Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe wäre sehr hilfreich.!

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal für 2 Personen. Die Sclüsselübergabe war problemlos. Super zentral, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Strandpromenade und Seebrücke. Lebensmittelgeschäft andere Straßenseite. Der eigene Strandkorb in der ersten Reihe ist auch ein super + Wir waren jetzt zum 2 x dort und wenn wieder Binz dann nur im Binzprinz. Können wir nur von Herzen empfehlen Der Vermieter Oliver ruft auch persönlich an, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Total freundlich. Auf jeden Fall Daumen hoch Biggi und Holm

Mitte drin...

... leigt diese Wohnung und trotzdem hat man seine Ruhe. Schöne saubere kleine Wohnung im Herzen des Ortes. Kurze wege zu allen wichtigen Sachen. Empfehlenswert.
