Located directly on Big Cypress Bayou, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. The bedrooms feature a king bed and two queen beds, providing plenty of space for guests to relax. With two bathrooms, including a bathtub and hair dryer, comfort is easy to find. House has washer and dryer. The house stays cool with air conditioning and offers heating for cooler days. House also offers an elevator for ease of entry to second level of house. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or gathering for a meal, this gorgeous home creates a tremendous setting for your stay. Enjoy your time nestled amongst the cypress trees. House offers outdoor areas for grilling or gather around the fire pit for a relaxing evening. There is a charcoal grill on location available for use. House is located directly across from public boat ramp and with direct water access on rear of the house. fun can be had any time of the year! House features a large front and rear yard with plenty of space for parking. 4 Kayaks are available upon request. Boats are not for renters use.

The house was great, we loved how close it was to Bradley and all the outdoor seating areas. The host reached out asking if we wanted the kayaks left out or not before our stay and was super helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely be booking this house again!

Our trip to Caddo Lake was unforgettable, and staying at 'Good Times' played a huge role in making it so special. The home was immaculate upon arrival, comfortable in every room, and situated in a prime spot right on the waterfront. We especially appreciated practical touches like the luggage lift, which took all the physical hassle out of loading our heavy bags and supplies in and out of the house.What truly elevated our stay was the exceptional host. From the moment we booked through to checkout, the owner provided prompt, clear, and extremely proactive communication. Any question we had was answered immediately, and we felt completely looked after throughout our stay.The absolute highlight of our entire trip was booking the personal boat tour directly with the owner. Being guided around Caddo Lake by someone who genuinely knows the waterways, history, and best spots gave us an authentic experience we couldn't have gotten on our own. We could not have asked for a better getaway—this property gets our highest possible recommendation!"

I had a great experience during my one-day stay. The check-in was very smooth, and communication with the owner was easy and convenient. The owner was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The property was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would be happy to visit again.
