Welcome to our modern 3-room holiday apartment with a cosy lounge on the covered balcony in Öhningen. Öhningen is located right on the Swiss border and features its own beach with dining options—incidentally, the most beautiful beach on the Höri peninsula.
Enjoy your stay in a quiet location and walk to our beautiful Lake Constance in just twelve minutes.

The bright and airy kitchen with living and dining areas invites you to cook and relax (a drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also provided). The kitchen is separated from the living room by a kitchen island but is still part of the open-concept space. We’ve furnished the apartment in a modern style and have incorporated a unique colour scheme designed to make you feel right at home.

From the living room, you can step out onto the covered balcony, which features a cosy lounge area perfect for relaxing. Summer evenings with a glass of wine—and, of course, a good breakfast—are perfect for enjoying here.

The master bedroom is bright and modern and features a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm). A good night’s sleep is essential, especially on holiday.
Another bedroom (more suitable for children due to the low ceiling height) is accessible from the living room via a narrow open staircase. The bedroom is located in the beautifully converted upper attic area. This cosy nook also invites you to dream, but due to the limited space, it’s ideal primarily for children.

The modern bathroom features a large shower, sink, and toilet.

Wi-Fi and 1 free parking space are, of course, available to you.

The lake is about a 12-minute walk away. There are shopping options and restaurants in the town centre. At the nearby beach resort, you can enjoy your coffee or pizza with a fantastic view of the lake.

The Höri offers the perfect blend of a holiday island and a resort. You’re practically always right by the lake, no matter where you go. Hiking trails, bike paths, and beach resorts can be found in every town on the Höri. The proximity to Switzerland invites you to pay a visit there as well and immerse yourself in medieval towns, chocolate, and the Rhine Falls.
