Beautiful, historical apartment block, 5 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated. 1.5 km from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public car park at 500 m, public parking on the road. Short-stay parking zone (fee), time: 09:00 - 21:00, Monday - Friday. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, pub garden 20 m, tram "37, 38", bus stop 170 m, underground station "U6" 450 m, park "Liechtensteinpark" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Volksoper 550 m, Palais Lichtenstein 800 m, Siegmund Freud Museum 1.3 km, AKH 950 m. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

My thanks to all for this great stay, communication with Rudolf was great, but was surprised that all docs were in German only and pre booking questions were u answered. But this is a beautiful, stylish and spacious apartment with easy access to all the sights -enjoy

disappointed experience

we have stayed at over 20 apartments in Vienna in the last 30 years. Since we are slightly disabled ,we always make sure that an elevator is available. When asking the mgr. if there was an elevator in the building before we left for Vienna, he replied yes. However, when we arrived in Vienna his colleague informed us (with a smirk on his face) that there was no such thing. After three weeks of walking up 3 flights of stairs (the first flight is not considered a floor) we were told by the Mgr. that there is an elevator in the building but not accessible to our apartment,. I also slipped during the night trying to reach the bathroom which was on the other side of the apartment. There are no lights on the bed night stands; you have to get up in the dark and walk to the hallway to turn on the ceiling light . The dishwasher was broken when we tried using it on the second day. After two weeks a new dishwasher was delivered. There was also a plumbing connection in the bathroom for a washing machine, however the machine was disconnected and a woven basket was placed there to hide the plumbing connection. The tile floors were so filthy when we arrived that we had to keep our shoes on. Not to mention, that the miserly landlord gave us one roll of toilet paper, knowing that we had rented for 3 weeks and the first thing we would have to do is go to a supermarket and but tissue paper and paper towels. Definitely the worst apartment that we have experienced in Vienna.

Einfach nur toll!

Tolle Wohnung. Super Lage. Wir waren zu Zweit, aber wenn Vertrautheit besteht, sind 4 Personen kein Problem! Wir kommen wieder… das steht schon fest!

Mooii ingericht Weens appartement

We hebben 5 geweldige dagen gehad. Door vertraging van de trein kwamen we pas om 1.15 uur zondagochtend aan in Wenen. Desondanks kregen we alsnog de sleutel va ons appartement! Super! Nogmaals hartelijk dank!
