Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to every room, amenity, and garage space. (Minus 2 Closets)



Log into any of your favorite streaming services with the 4 provided Smart TVs, including Amazon Prime Video, & Netflix



Free parking is available for 3 vehicles plus a golf cart. Please park cars in the garage or in the driveway, golf carts inisde the yellow line on the left of the house, and do NOT block the neighbors driveways/park on the street. NO HOA here so motorcycles are also welcome!



The front door has an electronic Smart lock & you will be provided the door code the day of check in.



The Neighborhood:

This quiet neighborhood is in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, a charming, coastal community with miles of pristine beaches, a plethora of dining and shopping options and an abundance of outdoor activities.



North Myrtle Beach has something to offer everyone. Whether you're looking to spend your time at the beach, exploring the wildlife, shopping, golfing at top-notch courses, or checking out the endless entertainment options, it's no wonder why so many people make this their home away from home.



Getting Around:

2 off street parking spots in front of the garage side by side & a third spot inside the garage. Please do not park on the street or blocking neighboring driveways. Parking can be tight so park close.



There are several restaurants and activities within walking distance from our home (1.5 mile or less) and paid public parking if you prefer to drive. Uber, Lyft, Golf cart rentals and bike rentals are also available. There are over 50 restaurants within 3 miles of our home. As well as Barefoot Landing is just a short 5-10 minute drive.



Other Things to Note:

Beach Wagons, Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas may be available for your use during your stay. Any items not returned will result in the following charges: $60 for beach chairs, $200 for beach wagons, and $100 for beach umbrella.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space/neighbors with respect. Observe typical quiet hours of 11 pm - 7 am.

Interaction with Guests:

We will leave you be during your stay, however we have local presence if anything should be wrong during your stay.
