The "Kaiserhof 6.08" holiday rental is located in the "Kaiserhof" apartment building, which sits at the corner of Bismarckstraße and Kaiserstraße. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The apartment is on the sixth floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. The building has an lift.

The apartment features a box-spring bed in the bedroom and an additional sleeping area on a sleeper sofa (spring mattress) in the living room (1.80 m x 2.00 m). A travel cot can be provided for the youngest guests. The separate kitchen with dining area is equipped with a third TV and a Sonos stereo system with internet connectivity. The apartment also features two balconies, one with a direct lake view and the other facing west. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, operable via app). There is also a sauna available, which can be used by inserting coins. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Dogs are not permitted in this apartment.

The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
