This cosy apartment is located on the 5th floor of a well-maintained building and is easily accessible by both stairs and lift.
The open-concept living area features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. The spacious dining area offers plenty of room for up to four people to enjoy meals together or cosy game nights.
The living area invites you to relax with a sofa, two armchairs, and footstools. Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player, and a radio with a CD player.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a spacious chest of drawers, and a separate walk-in closet. The adjoining children’s room features a large bunk bed, a chest of drawers, and a closet—ideal for families.
Both the living room and the bedroom open onto the west-facing balcony (approx. 9 x 1.20 m), which offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the evening sun. From here, you have a side view of the sea as well as a view over the rooftops of Norderney.
The bathroom features a shower and a toilet.

A shared washing machine and washer-dryer are also available in the apartment building. These can be used for a fee via a coin-operated metre.
