Outside, the pace slows down even more. Spend the evening soaking in the 7-person hot tub beneath the stars, gathering around the fire pit, sharing a meal, relaxing in the hammock chairs, or enjoying a quiet morning coffee surrounded by trees.

Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire home and surrounding property, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas, yard, fire pit, and hot tub. The only area not accessible to guests is the unfinished basement, which is locked and reserved for owner storage and maintenance.
Other things to note:
- LAWN: We're establishing new grass in the backyard. During this time, portions of the yard may appear thin or patchy, and a sprinkler system will run several times each day to help the grass establish.
As a result, we regret that the lawn and lawn games will not be available during the 2026 summer season. All other outdoor amenities—including the deck, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor dining areas, and surrounding wooded property—remain fully available for your enjoyment.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we improve the property. We look forward to welcoming guests back in the future to enjoy the fully established lawn and lawn games.
- CELL SERVICE: Cell service can be spotty on some nearby roads, but free high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected at the house.
- ROAD ACCESS: The final half mile to the home and the driveway are gravel. Four wheel drive is advised in winter months.
- STAIRS: Access to the home requires climbing a flight of 9 stairs from the driveway to the front porch. Once inside, the main living areas and three bedrooms are located on the first floor.
