12D Mariners Walk Beach Vacation July 22-Aug 1 2026

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is exactly as described on the Island Realty website. Furnishings were very comfortable, all amenities were provided as listed. The property was clean when we arrived and a limited amount of kitchen supplies for cleaning were in the unit. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing any favorite meals etc. This property has excellent ocean views and a significant dunes buffer zone between the property and the beach. All appliances were in good working condition and we had no property issues which required us contacting maintenance. We rented beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes from Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company who always provides excellent service. While there we frequented our favorite bar/restaurants in the area being Post House, Community Table in Mount Pleasant, Dunleavy's, LongBoard, Mex 1, Poe's Tavern on Sullivan's Island. I will recommend this property to friends and relatives and will probably rent again in the future when our rental needs match this 3 bedroom property. As always the Check in/Check out process is seamless and I always appreciate the text informing me that unit is ready prior to the normal 4 pm check in time. This is greatly appreciated!!
