Just a 5-minute walk to the public beach access and steps to the lagoon and pool, this spacious home sleeps up to 8 guests.

The home's main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable coastal furnishings and a queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for families or small groups. Features include:

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Beds/Baths: Place used towels in tubs, leave beds un-made (no need to strip linens), remove trash and personal items
Kitchen: Ensure all dishes are clean and returned to cabinets, empty refrigerator and put trash in receptacles under the house
General: Turn off lights and ceiling fans and close shutters (this keeps the house cool for the cleaning staff). Sign out of all personal streaming apps, ensure balcony and front doors are locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No guests beyond those confirmed in the original booking (maximum of 8).
No parties or large gatherings of any kind permitted on the property.
Pool hour are from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. There is no lifeguard on duty.
