Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty all trash cans-kitchen & bathroom. Do NOT leave any food. Dispose of tied-up trash bags in the trash room down the hall on the left.
Turn EVERYTHING off - ALL ceiling fans, overhead lights, lamps, and ACs. Ensure the balcony doors are securely closed.
Before you leave the condo, return the key fob and gate remote to the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Press the check mark on the keypad to engage the lock. After you hear the lock engage, double-check the door to ensure it securely locked.
