The 576 square foot cottage is a separate private unit located a half acre behind the owners property. Guests will find a king bed perfect for a restful night. The cozy space includes heating and AC, ensuring an enjoyable stay no matter the season. With a clean, comfortable bathroom, this cottage offers a simple and relaxing retreat. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, this amazing spot provides a peaceful home base. We think our place will help you experience everything Saratoga Springs has to offer including SPAC, Saratoga lake, National Golf course, restaurants, and spas. Internet & cable. Kitchen has water, stove, drip coffee maker, plates, silverware, cups, refrigerator & microwave.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 11:30 am. The host appreciates if you are able to please strip beds and leave used linens/towels in a pile in the laundry basket in the bedroom closet.
Also appreciated, if you can wash/put away any dishes, and wipe down kitchen counters/stovetop. Please return any moved furniture and remotes to original spots and sweep floors (broom in closet).
When you leave, please turn off all lights, close windows, and lock front door. Return key to the lockbox. Text or email host if anything came up during the stay. Thank you for visiting & travel safe!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Enjoy yourself but please no loud music or noise past 10:30 pm to comply with local "quiet hours" ordinance of city and neighborhood.

This was a great place to stay in Saratoga Springs! Very clean, cute and comfortable cottage. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the well-stocked bathroom and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best we've stayed in. Hosts went above and beyond in multiple ways when we had car trouble. The set-up is thoughtful, everything one needs and more, very comfortable and usable. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had a nice 1 night stay at this very clean and cozy cottage. Very convenient to the race course. Bed and linens very comfortable. Bathroom had all the essentials and although we did not use the kitchen it looked well stocked. Host even left us some local sparkling water and chips!

This place was perfect! We went to concert at SPAC, very close and easy to find. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Perfect for a couple or girls night out. Thank you Richard and Denise for the snacks. Would 100 percentage go again.

Richie & Denise happily accommodated us with an early check-in and provided very organized directions and instructions for our visit. This property is so well-appointed; it’s obvious that the owners put careful thought into creating a very comfortable space for guests. The bed is top-notch and the bathroom is so clean, with a super refreshing shower! After we returned late from a show at SPAC, we found a beautifully lit path waiting for us from the driveway to the cottage, which was very thoughtful & felt very whimsical. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!

The cottage was exactly as expected. Richard and Denise were great hosts - from their note & snacks to their thorough communication from the time of booking through departure. The location was perfect for our trip with easy access to Saratoga Lake, downtown and I-87. Everything was clean & well maintained. The bathroom was well stocked, with plenty of towels and amenities, and the shower had great water pressure. The bed was also very comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep after busy days. One thing to note is that the cottage is accessed by a natural, well-maintained, and well-lit pathway. One should be mindful of footwear (e.g., heels or dress shoes) when walking on the path in wetter conditions, as well as when bringing in luggage. It wasn’t a deterrent for us, but just something to be aware of in planning arrival/departure.We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely keep this cottage on our list of favorite places for future visits to the area. Thank you, Richard and Denise, for being such wonderful hosts and for providing us with such a lovely place to stay.
