Beautiful Austrian style Chalet at the ski slope

With uniterrupted views of the Kitzsteinhorn arena and enjoying the full sun from the south side, this bright, modern and yet cozy chalet provides you with the calming sense of space and luxury.

Located directly on the Maiskogel ski slope in the Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn region with direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, you can enjoy the full range of winter and summer sports here.

The chalets are decorated in typical Austrian style - the tasteful combination of wood, stone, lots of light and a magnificent view of the stunning alpine panorama promise a delightful and unforgettable holiday.

The interior includes wooden floors, modern kitchen and bathrooms with high quality fittings.

This small Chalet village is great for larger travelling groups to combine Chalet 17C also with the other Maiskogel Chalets (13A, 13B, 17A, 17B).

Excellent location, excellent customer services by Alpen team. there are 5 units with different space depend on family number . I spent 8 days in chalet 13A which is was suitable for me and family, excellent for family specially Mideast visitors. 17C nice chalet but without water-hose in toilets also no Microwave. Needs cushions at living room to be wash .. I recommend to add it will be good value. Thanks .

There were some technical Problems with the Dishwashers in our Chalet but the Team was fast and friendly to do everything to fix it. In the End there was no way to repair but we furthermore had a totally costumer friendly conversation and got some Money back. We stayed for a week with 3 Family’s and hab a wonderful Skiholiday.

Super Unterkunft direkt am Hang mit tollem Ausblick ins Tal und auf das k Kitzsteinhorn. Man sollte nur beachten wann das Skigebiet öffnet. Wir waren Anfang Dezember zum Beginn der Hauptsaison da, es war ausreichend Schnee und das Skigebiet direkt vor der Haustür hatte noch geschlossen. Ich hätte mir diese Infomation gewünscht. Leider war das schwer raus zu bekommen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, man sollte die Küche aber nicht überschätzen. Sie passt nicht zum sonstigen Standart der Wohnung. Ausreichend Geschirr ist vorhanden, ein großer Topf auch. Scharfe Messer sucht man allerdings vergeblich. An kleinen Löffeln fehlt es auch. Zudem funktinierte die Musikanlage nicht, es empfielt sich ein Box mitzunehmen. Die Sauna ist funktional, aber für ein Haus für 10 Persoen sehr klein. Max. für 4 Personen geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet.
