Outdoor shower, pool house, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 400 m, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 8.5 km, rocky beach 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room house 100 m2. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Terrace. Deck chairs. Facilities: iron.
