Casa Alberto: Family Villa with Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Conil de la Frontera, Casa Alberto is the perfect spot for a family getaway surrounded by nature. This 60 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped private kitchen with fridge, microwave, capsule coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, and all necessary utensils, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. You have Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, and a private washing machine. A crib is also available for little ones.



The main highlight is the private outdoor area, including an open-air pool, fenced garden, open terrace, and barbecue with garden furniture—perfect for enjoying Conil’s warm evenings. The pool requires no guest maintenance; a service team cleans the pool and waters the plants twice a week.



The house has a private entrance and on-site parking. It’s just a short drive from Conil’s center, with easy access to shops, supermarkets, gas stations, and public transport.



Families with children are welcome. One pet (max. 10 kg) is allowed for an extra charge; please mention this when booking. Smoking and events are not permitted. Noise is strictly prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.; please respect quiet hours throughout your stay. Bed linen and towels are included. The bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper rolls (not replenished for the entire stay), hairdryer, bath towels, a hand towel, and a bath mat. The kitchen includes a trash bag, a roll of kitchen paper, dish soap, a sponge, and cloths. The property features energy-saving lighting.
