Dive into Appalachian heritage at the hands-on Foxfire Museum, stroll the scenic trails of Moccasin Creek State Park and Tallulah Gorge State Park, or bask in the sunshine at Timpson Cove Beach.

Cute cabin with nice amenities! GPS took us easily to the right spot. There is a bit of a drive on a gravel road but it’s in good shape. The primary bedroom king sized bed was comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and towels. There was a Keurig and regular coffee maker and the kitchen had all the basics needed to make some simple meals. No dishwasher so just plan accordingly on checkout day :) The TV was connected to decent WiFi so you can log into your streaming services and easily watch shows/movies. The hot tub was clean and ready at a perfect temperature. The host/management company was very friendly and helpful. They had super quick response times before and during our stay.

Overall a great experience. Nice cabin in a pretty setting. Good value.Highlights:The hot tub was very nice and private.The fire pit area was also enjoyable.The home was very rustic and a nicely built log cabin.It was clean and well maintained.Things to consider:We couldn’t find the can opener.There is no dishwasher, as a FYI.The 2nd bedroom and loft area share the same lofted space and have no doors for privacy.

Clean cozy cabin retreat

We were very satisfied with our stay. It was the perfect place to get some rest and relaxation after a hard days work. Cabin was very clean. The hot tub was just what we needed to relax at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.
