RENTAL DETAILS
Available as early as August 1. Our end date is flexible. We'd love to find one family or household for the full term — ideal for a sabbatical, a medical rotation, or a relocation in progress — but are open to month-to-month arrangements for the right tenant. This is a non-smoking home; pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Utilities are not included but we are happy to provide an estimate of our monthly utilities. The home is available furnished, but we are also able to move some furniture out if it would suit you better.
