The beautiful, luxurious villa "Can Senador" in Ibiza is located in a quiet residential area between San Jose and Cala Tarida. It is perfectly situated for enjoying the breathtaking ocean views and stunning sunsets from the pool area and the rooftop terrace.



The beautiful Mediterranean outdoor area wraps around the house and welcomes you with a lovely courtyard featuring a fountain. From there, you have direct access to the sauna area, which features a Finnish sauna and two loungers, as well as various seating areas with sun sails and the large pool terrace. From the pool terrace, you can enjoy sweeping views of the countryside and the sea. Adjacent to the pool area is a spacious outdoor dining area with a grill for cosy barbecue evenings. The outdoor area is rounded out by a large rooftop terrace accessible via a staircase. Here, you can enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets and wind down the evening.



The main house and the two additional pool houses are spacious, offering nearly 300 square metres of living space. The main house makes an impressive entrance with beautiful marble and a large skylight in the entryway and living area. In total, the main house features 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a spacious living and dining area, an additional bathroom, as well as a small kitchen and an utility room.



The two pool houses adjacent to the pool each feature a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
