Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put trash in bins at back of house. Lock all doors and use pin pad to lock front door on way out. Hope you enjoyed your stay!

The house and pool were awesome. Denver, our host, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. House is located in a great area, close to restaurants and grocery stores. We plan on staying here again.

The house was even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. The host was very nice, communication was top notch! We loved the pool and so did our pups!

Why they chose this property

Location is everything. 'centrally located' doesn't begin to describe how accessible the city can be. Minutes from sporting events, shows, restaurants and 2 airports, can't beat this location.

Very quiet neighborhood, great for dog walking or just stretching your legs. TAke a stroll along the many miles canals and walkways just 2 streets over.

What makes this property unique

The pool is a lovely feature we enjoy almost year round. And the house is just setup for entertaining a group. Makes a great weekend (or longer!) getaway.
