Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are prohibited.



Late check-in must be arranged with the owner and is subject to an extra fee. Check-in after 11:00 pm cannot be guaranteed. Guests are required to leave the apartment in acceptable condition, with dishes washed and trash taken to the public collection point; failure to comply will result in an extra fee.

Communication for this home is poor with the home owner. The home was very difficult to locate via GPS. Their were no instructions given on how to better locate the home. The owner finally came to get us and have us follow his bike. There were 2 rolls of TP for 7 people. The home had no paper towels or dish towels. The rooms were spacious. The beds hard. While the view was beautiful, this is not a home I'd recommend.
