Take a well-deserved break and relax at this second-floor getaway located across the road from Kamaole Beach Park III on Maui. Featuring cool tiled flooring throughout, select wicker furnishings, and plenty of sunshine, you and your guests will enjoy a well-equipped, full kitchen for preparing family favorites, a dining area with a table for four, and a living area with a cable-equipped, flatscreen TV that opens our to the furnished lanai. On-site, walk among the swaying palms on the tropical, landscaped grounds, swim in the sparkling, shared pool or soak away your cares in the hot tub, or get some exercise in on the tennis courts.

Everything was taken care of when we arrived, beach towels were provided, gift bag, washer/dryer, cute little kitchen and great having to bedrooms and two bathrooms. Would definitely stay there again!

I recommend this locate if you’re looking for a low key, low maintenance stay. Kitchen has most everything you need to call this place home. Right across the street from the beach. We will be back!

Good location, the price matches the property.

This is a good condo. I can benefit from at least painting the walls:). It's not renovated, but you get what you paid for, and everything works. Great location. Two separate bedrooms, one with two tweens works great for a family with teens.

Kamaole Sands #8205

I had the most wonderful week in Maui at this great condo! The location is perfect! The beach is just across the street and the Condo itself is just steps from the pool, gym & activity center. I am on a budget so did a lot of our meals using the kitchen & BBQ grills which are also just steps away from the condo. The kitchen is well equipped, it had everything I needed to prepare meals. A lot of our meals were eaten on the lanai with a view of the ocean. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Very Nice and Clean Stay

We loved the stay and it was very clean and quiet. Our only gripes are very minor. We were not made aware that there is no smoking on the deck. We found out our first night. Security had to remind us, but they were very nice about it and we didn't have a problem going to the smoking area as it was very close. All of the dishes and utensils you could want minus one very small one. A bottle opener. Everything else was perfect. I would highly recommend.

Basic in a nice location

I stayed with my 2 teen daughters for a wedding. Very basic accommodation, darker main living room as at back corner of resort, no sea views. Needs love, old decor, doors with dents and scratches, shower handle wonky when turned, towel rail fell off. Some lights and ceiling fans didnt work. The building roofing work although not this section was noisey and gardeners trimming hedges at 7am. Pool was lush but saw kids told off for tossing a pool ball. Spa had hair floating in it. Main bed comfy, 2 singles on one room was very small so glad for fold out couch. We greatly appreciated the welcome basket. Basically we tried not spend too much time in there and used other family members flash pads. Beach across the road was easy and nice. Would have been nice to have decent beach chairs and body body in the deck lock up instead of old flippers and cobwebs.

Faye, thank you for being our guest and sharing your experience! We're pleased you enjoyed the welcome basket and found the primary bed comfy. That said, we apologize for any areas you found needing some TLC and regret this kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We shared your comments with the local manager who assured us that an electrician made a temporary fix to the ceiling fan and it will be repaired once the ordered part arrives. Additionally, maintenance has been scheduled to address the shower handle and towel rack and management will reach out to the homeowner about additional touch-ups. Boogie boards are not a listed amenity for this home and we regret any disappointment. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and we hope to have the chance to better impress you in the future.
