Guest access
Check-in is completely self-guided. Your code will be provided before arrival. The host is available if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise gives you complete privacy to enjoy the property.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals and easy entertaining. You will find a coffee maker, crockpot, saucepan, stockpot, frying pan, cookie sheet, baking pan, and mixing bowls. Dinnerware, wine glasses, mugs, juice glasses, and a full set of utensils are stocked for every guest. A knife block and essential cooking tools round things out nicely.

Technology

5 smart Roku TVs - living room, lower level, bunk room, upper queen room, and upstairs sofa room. WiFi provided through Xfinity.

Outdoor

Step out the back door and into your own private outdoor retreat. A wood-burning fire pit sits in the back yard - stack a few logs, pull up a chair, and let the evening slow down around you. The propane grill is ready to go with all burners working and a full propane tank on standby.

Things to Know

★ The driveway through the community is gravel & steep - a 4WD or high-clearance vehicle is required in winter months (Nov - Mar)
★ Road salt and a snow shovel are provided for winter visits
★ Stairs are present throughout the home: 3 stairs to the front door, 5 steps to the back door, and 12 steps between the lower and upper levels of the house - this property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations
★ No washer or dryer on site
★ No smoking
★ Fire extinguisher located in the kitchen next to the stove
