Nice home in Orihuela Costa with WiFi

This charming holiday home in La Zenia is just 250 meters from the beautiful sandy beach, where children can play on a children's playground. Located in a quiet one-way street, the city of Torrevieja is only a 15-minute drive away. From the front, large terrace, you have a nice view of the park in front, at the end of which is another small playground. The terrace is surrounded by plants and invites you to sunbathe as well as to barbecue. For lukewarm summer evenings there is also a small, wind-protected patio behind the house. All shops are within walking distance. In just 100 meters you will find a restaurant where you can enjoy a cup of tea and use the pool. The house is equipped for both hot summer holidays as well as for fresh winter holidays with air conditioning and heating facilities.
