2 bedroom beach front home in Orihuela Costa

This charming holiday terraced house in La Zenia is situated just around 250 metres from the beautiful sandy beach, where your little ones can really let off steam in the children’s playground. Located on a quiet one-way street, the town of Torrevieja is just a 15-minute drive away. From the spacious front terrace, you have a lovely view of the park directly opposite, at the far end of which there is another small playground. The terrace, lined with plants, is perfect for sunbathing and barbecues. For balmy summer evenings, there is also a small, sheltered patio at the back of the house. All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, making it suitable for both hot summer days and cool winter evenings.
