Host was very nice and accommodating but property could have been a little more inviting and there was dog poop every where and a lot of bugs outside

Tabitha had more than 2 guests stay at the house therefore did not follow the proper rules or guidelines. Someone left fecal matter on the wall of the tub and the only reason I mistakenly gave her a five star review was because I did not inspect the house thoroughly before reviewing. They did not take out the garbage nor leave the AC as instructed, instead they left it on full blast at 65 degrees causing extra electric costs for no reason The instructions are clear to leave towels in laundry and leave beds as is. Instead she mixed bedsheets and towels and one of the sheets seemed to be urinated on with red stains on it, wrapped with all the rest of the blankets causing the stain to get on other sheets and blankets from either pasta sauce or blood, not sure. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THESE PEOPLE TO STAY AT ANYONES HOUSE.

The VRBO app failed to allow me to communicate with the host for some reason. Not the host fault, was fault of VRBO. Clean house, close to event I was in town for. CLose to park and boat ramp if you plan to enjoy Lake Hernando!
