Private: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 105 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Mar. - 01.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Shop, supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 800 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "walking distance" 500 m, sandy beach 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
