🚗 PARKING



Up to 2 cars park back-to-back at the front of the unit, with room for a 3rd with some maneuvering. Street parking is not permitted per Town of Vail regulations.



Additional Parking: Head down to Vail View Dr. and look for two white signs with arrows — you may park between the signs. ⚠️ Vehicles must be moved every Monday and Friday before 8:00 AM for snow operations. No garage available.

Steps to In town bus, 5 minutes to Vail village via Bus or 8 minute walk to Lionshead village. Sandstone/Lionsridge: a primarily residential, family-friendly neighborhood 5–15 minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ free Town of Vail bus ride to Lionshead Village. Features nearby Red Sandstone Park (playground, picnic areas), Red Sandstone Creek, access to the North Trail for hiking/biking, and easy connections to West Vail shopping. Character: sunny, south-facing lots, mountain and slope views, quiet cul-de-sac streets and creekside spots.



Public transit: Served by the free Town of Vail bus (Sandstone route) with stops near Red Sandstone Road; regular service to Lionshead and Vail Village and connections across the valley.

Driving: Short drive to I-70 (the main east–west corridor) via Vail Village or West Vail; on-street and small neighborhood parking typical — check local restrictions/permit rules.

Walking & biking: Walkable to Lionshead within 8-10 minutes; good for short pedestrian trips. North Trail and local paths provide direct hiking and mountain-biking options.

Air & shuttle: Commercial travelers typically use Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) near Gypsum (about 30–40 minutes by car) with numerous ground shuttle companies and rental cars. Denver International Airport (DEN) is ~2 hours by car; highway travel time varies with weather.



You'll have full, completely private access to all of Frenchies Chalet — both living areas, all 3 bedrooms, all 3.5 bathrooms, the full kitchen, the lower-level den and kitchenette, and all outdoor spaces. This is a fully private unit with no shared spaces with any other unit.



Self check-in via keypad. Exterior security cameras are located on the outside of the property only, reviewed exclusively at check-in/checkout or if issues arise. Your privacy inside the home is fully respected.
