Modern Waidla studio in the attic (approx. 100 m2) for up to 6 people. It features a cosy living room with a sleeper sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and bathtub. A washing machine and dryer, Wi-Fi, and an underground parking space (subject to availability) are provided. For families, a cot, high chair, bed rail, dishes, and a play area are available. A deposit equal to the total amount may be required in advance at any time. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest. Key handover: Contactless check-in and check-out. You will find a key safe next to the front door. Please return the key to the safe upon your departure and lock it. The tenant is required to return the rental property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. The city of Freyung’s visitor’s tax, amounting to 3.00 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night and 1.50 EUR (ages 15 and under) per night, will be charged plus sales tax prior to your arrival. Children 6 and under are free. Small dogs are welcome upon request: 20.00 EUR per night per pet. Two parking spaces in our private, locked garage are included in the price. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge).
