Tolle Lage
Die Lage ist top , wir konnten den gesamten Küstenbereich erkunden.Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über fast alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Unser alter Hund fand den naheliegenden Wald für seine Bedürfnisse toll. Brötchen holen und auch sonst Waren des alltäglichen Gebrauchs , kein Thema und eine tolle Betreuung durch Interhome.

Enttäuschend
Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht von der Wohnung. Die Decken auf der Couch stinken. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist durchgelegen, man rutscht immer in die Mitte. Ganz schreckliches schlafen. Die Schlafcouch in dem kleinen Zimmer voller Flecken und wenn man sie aus klappt kann man die Tür nicht mehr richtig aufmachen. Die Fliegengitter am Fenster waren so verdreckt, dass kaum noch Luft durch kommt. Der kleine Garten total ungepflegt, da lag noch das Laub vom Frühjahr. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen
hat. Wir haben bereits Maßnahmen ergriffen, um die genannten Probleme zu
beheben. Die Couchbezüge wurden gereinigt, und wir haben den Eigentümer
bezüglich des Gartens und der Schlafcouch informiert. Der Garten ist
Gemeinschaftseigentum und wird entsprechend gepflegt. Die Matratzen sind
relativ neu, jedoch verstehen wir, dass die Härte individuell
unterschiedlich wahrgenommen wird. Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

Super Urlaub in Traumwohnung
Spontan entschieden wir uns für diese FEWO und gegen die eigentlich gebuchte in Zinnowitz. Das war die richtige Entscheidung. Angefangen bei der sehr guten Organisation durch Interhome bis hin zur Wohnung selbst. Die Lage perfekt, ruhig, direkt am Wald und trotzdem in 10 min am Bahnhof, 15 min zum Strand. Die Wohnung selbst, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht bzw. brauchen könnte. EG m. Terasse mit Hund perfekt.

großzügige Wohnung in Koserow
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und optimal eingerichtet. Alle "Notwendigkeiten " (Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen etc. sind vorhanden. Durch die Lage im EG und den kleinen Garten / Terrasse auch gut für Hundebesitzer geeignet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle, ruhige Lage, gleich neben dem Wald.
Das Appartement ist sehr gut & praktisch ausgestattet.
