I received all communication by email, except for water quality which was posted on the wall. I would recommend a 3-ring notebook with more detail instructions on how to use HVAC (temperature setting was ok, but colder weather might need changes), appliances (all were unplugged, but which could run together and instructions), lifting front door handle was necessary to undo lock, and expectations when leave. We enjoyed the stay and stopped by Jo's and Fort Klamath Museum for local info.
