We had everything we needed for our stay close to the Crater Lake National Park. The house has all the things needed and we all had our own room. We enjoyed the stay.
Perfect location for our visit to Crater Lake. House is spacious.

The views were amazing! Some suggestions we have are to supply more needed items such as shower mats, more toilet paper, more paper towels, and especially a book where a list of the house Wi-Fi info and other house rules are listed and people can write their opinions on this Vrbo.
We stayed for 10 nights at this house and the host was very wonderful and helped us immediately when we needed her. The house was clean and comfortable and the scenery cant be beat. The views of the lake are spectacular! I would highly recommend this to anyone!
This property was perfect for our purposes. It was clean, spacious and very close to the park as well as many other attractions! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!
The property was as advertised. About 20-30 miles from Crater Lake National Park. Scenic views, especially at sunset. Lots of bird life (eagles and hawks). All beds were comfortable and all appliances worked just fine. Would book this property again.
Best Ranch House on stunning property close to Crater Lake
My husband and I chose this house due to the excellent location so close to Crater Lake. This property is off the road on a huge gorgeous private lot with filtered view of Klamath Lake. The natural blooming shrubs and picturesque hills make for stunning panoramic views. Note there is a flag to mark the entry off the road and read other reviews on locating the entrance.
There is a huge well-equipped kitchen and on-site washer dryer. Comfortable four poster bed in the master with attached full bath. There is lots of space to host a large family or group of friends. The host was easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend
This house was great for our family of five. We had plenty of space and enjoyed playing sports outdoors in the evenings. It is fairly isolated, which was great for us because our kids could make noise without bothering anyone. Two things to note: Google takes you to the neighbor’s house. Make sure to look for the house number. It’s by the mailbox. It also gets very light in the mornings—our kids are used to blackout shades but here were up with the sun.
Great location, clean home air conditioning nice and enough rooms. The house has mice in the ceiling. They woke us up. Disappointed that the hot tub was not available. There was not enough paper towels. Ice cream should have been thrown away when last people left. We wouldn't eat other people's food. Other than that, thank u!
Mouse poop in silver ware drawer, kitchen utility drawer, in cabinets, and on counter top.
Dead, dried up smelly frog in hot tub.
Filthy barbecue grill.
Recliner back has fallen off.
Love seat repaired with plywood board. Impossible to sit on.
Entry way covered in dirt.
Fire damage to out buildings and electrical breaker box.
Burned trees around property and approaching house.
Screens fallen off bedroom door and windows.
Windows filthy.
No end tables to sit a drink on.
No verenda to enjoy the scenic beauty to the west.
Yard overgrown and neglected.
Feels like no one has visited or invested time in upkeep in months and months.

I want to talk about this guest first. People renting my house for the enjoyment. This person is not. The last September fire burned down a lot of houses in the area including my other beautiful house. Some of my husband’s friends rushed to this house saved it. He never mentioned anything when his group stayed at the house. After check out asked me to refunded his money including the cleaning fee. My house is not perfect . This house is top of Mountain with quiet setting and the panoramic view. I don’t know how many times he been doing this to the vacation rental owner. Of course I didn’t refund any money to him. I knew he will put the bad review for my house. I don’t want to let him get away by rip off vacation rental owner. Please check my other review for reference. The Last thing I never offer guests for use the hot tub . Thank you for understanding.
House is located in a good location for Crater Lake
The house location was great for us as we were visiting Crater Lake. The house could use a deep cleaning. Dead bugs were in the skylight screens. We saw a mouse run across the floor. The exterior needs to be cleaned up as well. We drove up and I wasn't sure we were at the correct house because the exterior is not maintained and there are no exterior photos on the listing.
House was wonderful--one tip to help find it: Google takes you to Wood River Ranch, about 100-200 yards north of the driveway for this property, where address and red newspaper box are on the left when heading south on Hwy 62. Crater Lake is about 45 minutes up 62. The VRBO was clean, beds comfy, AC definitely working on mid-90s degree day, and kitchen was fully equipped. Charcoal grill outside, great views of mountains and sunset to west. Don't miss the Wood River wetlands hike, about 5 minute drive away. Great water views and birds galore! I'd recommend this VRBO to anyone heading to Crater Lake!

Comfortable stay
Using the address provided, the GPS took us to the neighbors home. Called and text the host at 9:30 pm but no answer and no reply until the next morning. There was no locked gate that required a gate code which the description stated. This was very confusing since the house is not located next to the road and has a long driveway. Over all, finding the place in the dark with the address and description was difficult. However, the home was clean and fit our group of five comfortably. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. There was no shampoo, conditioner or bath soap, so plan on bringing your own.
Great location 30 miles from Crater Lake and about 90 miles from Lava Beds National Monument.
The property has a great horizon view of Agency Lake and distant mountains. Property is quiet and secluded.
The closest real grocery is in Klamath Falls, some 30 miles away. Nearby stores are good for milk, eggs, staples. Not real food shopping.
The kitchen is well laid out but could be better equipped with more large pots and pans. Some of the items seemed more suitable to serving hors d’oeuvres to a large gathering than serving family meals.
Although it did not affect our visit, to our surprise parts of the house are still under construction. Unfinished floor in one room, some unvarnished trim, etc. However, there was plenty of room for our extended family of 6.
We enjoyed the relatively short drive to Crater Lake.
