Thank you so much for your interest in the property. We’re excited to welcome you to this peaceful, fully remodeled home with brand-new amenities, plenty of parking, and beautiful natural surroundings. The porch is a wonderful place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view. We are also pet friendly.

The sleeping arrangement is a split room divided by a curtain. One side has a queen bed, and the other side has two single beds.
The living room offers 2 fully recline able couches that can be utilized for sleep.

We’re also pet-friendly for a fee of $40 per day. Please be sure to clean up after your pet and let us know ahead of time if you’ll be bringing one.

The property is 420-friendly, but please let us know in advance so we can make the proper preparations, including turning on the carbon smoke machine and scheduling a deep clean. A Fee is charged if you don’t let me. Do not smoke inside on day of departure or a fee will be charged.
Tobacco is allowed outside, there is spot for your cigarette butts at the bottom of the stairs. No Tobacco smoking inside.

Pool Information


The pool was freshly sandblasted and repainted in 2022. At the same time, we eliminated the traditional chemicals and converted it to a saltwater pool.

The Pool room includes a bathroom for use by you and your guests. It’s through the wooden door way the light switch is on the right as you walk in.

There is a custom sound system in the pool room run by the app Sonos which you can download, or let me know what you’d like to listen to and I will turn it on. You can be as loud as you want and listen to the music loud as well.

After enjoying the pool, you may notice that your skin feels softer and more refreshed, thanks to the saltwater system. The salt concentration is designed to be similar to the salt level found in human tears. This helps provide a gentler experience and typically avoids the dry, tight feeling some people associate with traditional chemical pools.

Spa / Pool / Sauna Access

Please note that access to the Pool and Hot Tub area is available for an additional Fee. This includes use of a private bathroom so you can wash up afterward.
Pool Fee:
$50 - Pool (Unheated)
$100 - Pool or Hot Tub Heated
If you are staying more than 1 day, it’s an additional $25 per day to use it.
$75 - For just the sauna or if you are using the Hot Tub/Heated Pool.

The pool area is not air-conditioned; however, it is equipped with large, powerful fans. Additional fans can be added if needed.

420 Friend - Please let me know or there will be a fee assessed because I will have to clean. I ask you please do not smoke inside on the morning of the departure.
Pet Friendly for a fee. There is a neighbor behind the cabin so at night please be conscious of them and the volume of your voice.
The pool room has no volume limit.
Security: There is outside Cameras on the property as well as in the pool room. The cabins camera is located on the top left of the porch facing the driveway.
There is a ring doorbell situated on the wood pillar directly in front of the house.
You may be asked to show ID if your profile picture does not match the person checking in.

The Pool camera is at the top middle of the pool room on the wall.
