Home was well appointed with everything you need and more. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Beautiful and comfortable home. Loved to location, just outside of Trogir with easy drives to nearby communities. Lots in walking distance as well.

This was definitely a 5 Star home. It was beautiful and supplied with all the amenities anyone would ever need. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, enjoying the view of split over the water. We spent an afternoon at the pool relaxing. We also appreciate the use of the washing machine. We really appreciated the neighbor meeting us on our first day of arrival. He made sure we knew how to get to the entrance doors and was very welcoming and friendly. Every time we use the Villa Rosa mug, we will remember our beautiful trip to split in your home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen, das Grundstück und die zwei Wohnungen sind einfach perfekt für Familien mit Kindern angelegt. Vor Ort bleiben keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Man merkt, dass alles sehr durchdacht ist. Sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus, eine tolle Spielecke im Garten mit landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeugen, das Trampolin und ein traumhafter Pool- was möchte man mehr. Den Flugverkehr haben wir nicht als störend empfunden, sondern hat uns und unsere Kinder eher fasziniert. Vor Ort hilft der Nachbar sehr gerne weiter und auch der Vermieter ist bei Fragen sehr gut erreichbar. Wir sind superglücklich, dieses Haus gefunden zu haben- für uns war es der Jackpot :)

Perfekte unterkunft zum erholen

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Perfekte Gastgeber kombiniert mit perfektem Ambiente und dazu Wohnungen in die man am liebszen sofort dauerhaft ziehen möchte. Der Pool ist auch mega und beheizt kann man gemütlich auch abends noch perfekt nutzen. Gastgeber war immer zu erreichen auch wenn wor ihn nicht benötigten und super negte nachbarn. Also alles in allem nur hu empfehlen und mdhr als 5 Sterne werd freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal wenn es denn klappt

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und kurzem Weg zum Meer

Es war alles top. Ausstattung war vollständig vorhanden, die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100%. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Hausmeister kam regelmäßig vorbei und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten einmal einen großen Ameisenbefall, er hat sich sofort gekümmert. Wir hatten aber leider das Pech, dass die Hubschrauber von 14 Tagen an 12 Tagen morgens und abends geübt haben, dass ging dann bis kurz vor 23 Uhr. Vom Flughafen waren wir überhaupt nicht gestört, dass ist im Vergleich zum Hubschrauber keine Belastung. Es war trotzdem eine schöne Zeit und mit dem großen Pool und dem kurzen Weg zum Meer einfach ein perfektes Fleckchen Erde. Die Gastgeber haben wir ebenfalls kennengelernt, sie sind sehr sympathisch. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil und die Außenanlage des Hauses hat viele Treppen, dass ist vielleicht zu beachten wenn man nicht mehr gut zu Fuß ist. Für uns war es aber kein Problem.

Vielen Dank für ihre ehrliche Bewertung, die Hubschrauber sind für alle Gastgeber hier sehr nervig, in Kroatien aber etwas gegen das Militär zu sagen geht nicht. Wir hoffen das sich hier demnächst was ändert. Manchmal ist wochenlang gar keine Übung und dann leider tagelang hintereinander. Trotzdem freuen wir uns das Sie einen schönen Urlaub hatten und vielleicht sehen wir uns irgendwann wieder. Grüße Thomas und Claudia

Zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit

Die gepflegte, sehr gut ausgestattete Anlage hat uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub beschert. Besonders Familien mit Kindern sind hier berücksichtigt worden (Treppenschutz, Plastikgeschirr, Badetiere, Spielzeug, Kinderwagen, Trampolin, viel Schatten, Hochstühle..).Die Klimaanlage lässt Kühlschrankfeeling aufkommen, verschiedene Grill- und Sitzplätze wurden für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten genutzt und die Obstbäume luden zu einem Snack ein. Der Flughafen ist in Sicht- und Hörweite, störte aber überhaupt nicht. Ganz im Gegenteil, unser Sohn konnte vom Balkon aus Start und Landungen beobachten. Die Vermieter haben wir (mit Ankündigung) an einem Tag angetroffen. Beide sind äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ansonsten ist der Nachbar ein Top-Ansprechpartner für Fragen rund um das Haus und die Stadt. Wir behalten diesen Urlaub mit besten Erinnerungen im Kopf und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit!

Traumhaftes Haus auf Čiovo

Klug durchdachtes, großzügiges Ferienhaus mit Aussicht auf Trogir und über das Meer zum gegenüberliegenden Festland. Wir hatten beide Einheiten gemietet. Die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Zimmer sind hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Große, terrassenähnliche Balkone mit bequemen Möbeln und jeweils großem Gasgrill. Nur das WLAN schwächelt bei intensiver Nutzung. Beheizter Pool mit bequemen Liegestühlen, der schon Mitte April das Baden zuließ. Kleinteilig gegliederter Gemeinschaftsgarten am Hang mit verschiedenen Sitzplätzen in Sonne und Schatten, dessen Früchte - im April waren es Kumquats - genascht werden dürfen.Ideale Lage auf der Insel Čiovo selbst, zum nahegelegenen Trogir und für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Es stehen zwei ordentliche MTB bzw. Fatbikes zur Verfügung, die wir für Ausflüge nutzen konnten. Der Flughafen hat uns nicht gestört. Imponiert hat mir auch die nachhaltige Haustechnik mit der Nutzung regenerativer Energie. Die vorhandene Wallbox machte uns das Leben leichter und unabhängig von öffentlichen Ladesäulen. Darüber hinaus war der Ladestrom für uns kostenlos!Überaus freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns bei der Anreise noch um 21 Uhr empfangen hat. Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rund um zufrieden

Wir waren mit 8 Personen (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder im Alter von 5 Jahren-10 Jahren) in diesen tollen Haus. Wir waren rundum zufrieden es hat alles super geklappt. Wir hatten alle super viel Spaß und konnten auch sehr gut entspannen und den Stress vom Alltag hinter uns lassen. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hat uns bei Fragen auch sofort geantwortet. Wir würden die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles .

Tolles Haus

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Juli/August in diesem Haus verbracht und waren zu siebt unterwegs. Mit beiden Apartments hatten wir ausreichend Platz und konnten das gesamte Haus nutzen. Die Ausstattung entsprach den Beschreibungen und es war alles sehr modern. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war sehr angenehm. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sind uns bei der Anreise entgegengekommen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, und es dauert etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß, um zum Meer zu gelangen. Der nahegelegene Strand ist eher klein bzw. schmal und in der Hauptsaison extrem gut besucht, aber dies störte uns nicht weiter, da wir die meiste Zeit am eigenen Pool verbracht haben, wo es genügend Liegen gab. Wenn man dennoch einen ruhigen Strandtag verbringen möchte, kann man sich Roller mieten und die Insel entlang fahren. Denn es gibt sehr schöne Buchten am Ende der Insel mit klaren Wasser. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
