The house features a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year, heated and covered from October to May), garden, open terrace, and barbecue. The pool is heated seasonally depending on the weather and remains uncovered during the summer months.



There are 4 parking spaces available on the property.

IMPORTANT: Only one pet (maximum weight 15 kg) is allowed for an additional fee. If this rule is not followed, the reservation will be cancelled.
